Conversion Rate Transformation
One of the most impressive outcomes of this project was the dramatic increase in conversion rates. By optimising the user experience and focusing on clear calls-to-action, we were able to boost the conversion rate from 4.99% to 9.98%. This near-doubling of the conversion rate was a testament to the effectiveness of the new design and the frictionless shopping experience it provided. Features like the customised date picker and the integration of the Recharge app for subscriptions played a significant role in achieving this transformation.
Customisation For Success
We introduced a customised date picker for the checkout process and utilised various custom blocks for this build. These features, along with the integration of the Recharge app for subscriptions, made the shopping experience much more convenient. By focusing on these details, we were able to significantly improve the customer journey from landing to checkout, contributing to the impressive increase in conversion rates and overall revenue.
